**Job Title: Shift Team Lead** **Job Description** Lead and supervise a team of 20-30 individuals within a food manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient production processes and adherence to quality standards. **Responsibilities** + Lead and supervise a team of 20-30 individuals within the food manufacturing plant. + Manage production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards. + Utilize hand tools and machinery effectively to support general labor tasks. + Implement leadership strategies to enhance team performance. + Enter data for reporting purposes for a multi-line operation. **Essential Skills** + 2-5 years of experience leading 10-30 employees in a manufacturing environment. + Strong leadership development and conflict resolution skills. + Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in an industrial setting. + Proficiency in computer data entry. + Experience with hand tools and machine operating in a food manufacturing setting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience working in a food manufacturing plant with an understanding of GMP requirements. + Ability to operate machinery and troubleshoot problems. + Capability to produce detail-oriented mid-shift reports for a multi-line operation. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company based out of Italy with ample growth opportunities. The team consists of 20-30 employees. The food manufacturing facility is clean, well-lit, and fast-paced with a lot of standing involved. Contractors must wear hairnets, beard nets, steel-toed shoes, and lab coats. The environment can be dusty due to the product manufactured, and while climate-controlled, it can reach up to 100 degrees due to machinery and ovens. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, Missouri. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
