**Job Title: Shift Supervisor** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor for the 2nd shift to oversee operations. The role involves managing efficiency levels, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing experience and be comfortable working in food and beverage environments, including wearing PPE in cold, refrigerated areas. **Responsibilities** + Hire, fire, and manage payroll and timesheets. + Organize production schedules and communicate with shift leads regarding production needs. + Ensure adherence to efficiency levels and continuous improvement processes. + Provide leadership and mentorship to the production team. + Manage labor efficiency and compliance by following KPIs. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of production or operation supervision experience with a team of 35+ individuals in a non-union manufacturing industry. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. + Experience with SAP or any ERP system for tracking production. + Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, including material, maintenance, people, and machinery. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Understanding of industrial maintenance and machinery operations. + Associates or Bachelor's Degree for upward mobility within the company. **Why Work Here?** Join us for a rewarding career with comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and PTO eligibility from the first day of the month following the date of hire. You will be required to wear appropriate PPE such as lab coats, hair nets, and beard nets when in food areas. The position involves working 2nd shift from 2pm to 11pm, Monday through Friday, with potential Saturday shifts based on production demand.
