**Job Title: Shift Supervisor** **Job Description** The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing site operations and serves as the primary point of communication between business units, contractors, customers, and regulatory agencies. The supervisor ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety, environmental standards, sanitation, and work quality. Additionally, the supervisor upholds high management and production standards to ensure smooth and efficient operations. **Responsibilities** + Oversee site operations and serve as the primary point of communication between business units, contractors, customers, and regulatory agencies. + Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety, environmental standards, sanitation, and work quality. + Uphold high management and production standards to ensure smooth and efficient operations. + Enforce safety regulations and maintain a secure working environment. + Manage production supervision and continuous improvement initiatives. + Supervise plant operations, including packaging, assembly, and forklift operations. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years in a Manufacturing supervisory role. + Ability to enforce safety regulations. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with 5S, process improvement, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Kaizen. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. **Why Work Here?** Be part of a growing start-up where your opinions are heard.
