As a **Shift Supervisor – High Purity** , you will directly influence operational success by developing people, reinforcing quality excellence, and driving continuous improvement—while ensuring customer delivery commitments are met. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who enjoys coaching teams, owning results, and making a measurable impact.
**Major Focus**
Lead shift‑level High Purity manufacturing operations, with accountability for employee development, training execution, quality ownership, continuous improvement, and delivery performance.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Achieve shift‑level safety, quality, and delivery targets aligned with operations goals
+ Supervise, coach, and develop High Purity employees
+ Ensure training matrices are current and required competencies are achieved
+ Reinforce adherence to QMS requirements, work instructions, and inspection plans
+ Execute daily production plans to meet OTCRD and OTD commitments
+ Lead and sustain standard work and continuous improvement initiatives
**Major Challenges**
+ Balancing training, quality, and delivery priorities in a dynamic environment
+ Ensuring consistent communication and execution across shifts
+ Managing product mix, staffing variability, and skill coverage
+ Rapidly identifying and mitigating quality or delivery risks
**Expected Performance Outcomes**
+ **Safety:** No recordable incidents; full compliance with safety training
+ **Quality:** Reduced defects, rework, and MRRs; strong audit readiness
+ **Delivery:** ≥95% OTCRD; ≥98% overall OTD
+ **People:** Demonstrated skill progression and engagement
+ **Improvement:** Sustained continuous improvement implementation
**Required Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent manufacturing experience
+ 2–5 years of technical or leadership experience (with degree) or 5+ years without
+ Proven problem‑solving and project execution success
+ Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ High Purity or regulated manufacturing experience preferred

+ Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
