Are you a natural-born leader ready to take charge? Domino's Pizza in Champaign, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and efficient Shift Runner to join our team. As a Shift Runner, you'll be the driving force behind our store's success, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Lead and motivate team members during assigned shifts, fostering a collaborative and positive work environmentOversee daily operations, including food preparation, order fulfillment, and customer serviceManage inventory, maintain quality control, and ensure compliance with food safety standardsHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionallyTrain and mentor new team members on company policies and proceduresAssist in scheduling and staff management to optimize store performanceCollaborate with store management to implement new initiatives and achieve business goalsMaintain a clean and organized work environmentPerform opening and closing duties as requiredContribute to the store's overall success by meeting sales targets and improving efficiency

QualificationsValid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if 18 or 1 year if {AGE} or olderClean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background checkReliable transportation with proof of auto insuranceStrong leadership skills and a desire to guide and develop team membersExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProven problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environmentBasic math and cash handling proficiencyKnowledge of food safety practices and willingness to learn company-specific proceduresPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Previous experience in food service or retail (preferred)Familiarity with the Champaign-Urbana area (preferred)

Additional Information

$15-$17 an hour
