About the Role:Operations & Maintenance
Daily monitoring and operation of all MEP systems, HVAC, DG sets, UPS, STP/WTP, and fire systems.Execution of Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective maintenance schedules as per OEM and statutory guidelines.Minimize equipment downtime through proactive maintenance and timely rectification.Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements (electrical licenses, fire NOC, pollution control norms, etc.).Maintain safety protocols, PTW (Permit to Work), LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) compliance.Support in internal/external audits and certifications (ISO, Energy Audit, Fire Safety Audit).Energy & Cost Management
Track energy consumption and support initiatives for energy conservation and sustainability.Optimize operating costs by efficient use of utilities and technical manpower.Vendor & Team Management
Coordinate with AMC vendors, service providers, and contractors for technical service delivery.Supervise technicians/engineers and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.Verify vendor service reports and validate bills.Technical Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily checklists, logbooks, equipment history cards, and MIS reports.Prepare technical incident reports, root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.Client & Stakeholder Support
Act as a single point of contact for all technical issues and escalations.Provide timely updates to management and client representatives.Support soft services and projects by providing necessary technical inputs.Major ActivitiesOperations & Maintenance
Ensure uninterrupted operation of Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, DG, UPS, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing systems.Implement Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenance schedules.Conduct daily equipment inspections, checklist monitoring, and breakdown management.Compliance & Safety
Adhere to statutory norms for Electrical, Fire & Safety, and Environmental regulations.Implement PTW (Permit to Work) and LOTO procedures during technical activities.Support in safety audits, fire drills, and compliance documentation.Energy & Cost Management
Monitor and analyze energy consumption for optimization.Support energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices.Control operational costs through efficient use of manpower, spares, and consumables.Documentation & Reporting
Supervise technical staff and AMC/service providers to ensure SLA adherence.Validate service reports, attendance, and vendor invoices.Coordinate with contractors for scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs.Maintain logbooks, checklists, history equipment, and asset records.Prepare daily/weekly/monthly technical MIS reports.Document incident reports, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans.Other
Proactively review workplace systems / processes to innovate and continuously improve the business performance and workplace experiencePerforms other duties as requested by your direct managerOccasional requirement to work extended hours during peak times or to assist with major functions/eventsDevelopment of operational standards / playbooks / operating manuals for all aspects of the businessAbout You:
3–7 years of experience in Facilities Management, Building Operations, or Technical Maintenance.
Hands-on experience in operation & maintenance of Electrical Systems, HVAC, DG Sets, UPS, STP/WTP, and Fire & Safety systems.
Exposure to handling technical services in Commercial, Corporate, IT/ITES, or Industrial facilities.
Experience in vendor management, AMC coordination, and technical audits.
High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
