Amazon’s Operations team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated our team on the management of daily inventory control, quality assurance and capacity activities for our Warehouse. Inventory control and quality assurance activities play a critical role in leading best sortation, delivery practices, and capacity management inside the Warehouse and thereby has direct impact on Amazon's ability to serve customers on time.

· Internal audits execution, ensure the team execution to accomplish the business goals
· Support process improvement activities associated with process inefficiencies and/or new functions currently not performed in day-to-day operations
· Assist in the development, documentation, deployment and monitoring the key business processes which support all internal processes of AMZL Mexico.
· Follow up and dive deep the KPIs of operations within the delivery station, implement and develop the delivery station’s workflow and metrics according to the standard work and book of processes, to achieve year-over-year improvements.
· Actively supports and promotes organization change.
· Measure drivers’ performance, discipline and customer experience service, processes Mapping activities, implement change and/or develop new processes as required to provide ability to better service Amazon customers, focus on reducing cost.

Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises

Collaborate with all support teams including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives,

Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach

Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts

Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud

Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments)

Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs)

Delivery Station Manager is the support for the complete mile operations within a delivery station is a key of the last mile operation. The role is responsible for managing a +20 hourly team, safety metrics, attrition, payroll, shifts, vacations, overtime and the AMZL OPS metrics; delivery efficiency, number of routes, cost per shipment. In addition, this role gives support in purchasing tools, services and consumables for the station.
