Job Description

Balance Management and Accuracy:

Regularly monitor and correct shell (backlog) balances to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Validate balances against system data, forecasts, and financial reports.

Collaboration and Issue Resolution:

Interface with cross-functional teams (e.g., Customer Service Managers, Credit, Forecast Support, SCDR Tool Owners) to resolve discrepancies and ensure process alignment.

Identify the root causes of inaccuracies and collaborate with stakeholders to implement resolutions.

Reporting and Process Improvement:

Track and report on shell balance progress, including reductions, accuracy improvements, and trend identification.

Proactively recommend and document improvements to the shell balance tracking, validation, and reporting processes to boost efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills:

Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.

Proven ability to troubleshoot issues, identify discrepancies, and propose corrective actions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.

Proficiency in key tools and systems (e.g., SCDR, forecasting tools, reporting platforms).

Comfort working with extensive datasets and producing clear, actionable reports.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in financial reconciliation or backlog management.

Familiarity with forecasting, credit, and customer service processes.

Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms.

Target Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $96,000 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
