**Job Title: Sheet Metal Programmer** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Sheet Metal Programmer, where you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of machines in our flexible manufacturing system area. This role involves setting up and operating the S4/P4 Salvagnini machine, spot welder, brake press, and Haeger machines. **Responsibilities** + Operate and set up S4/P4 Salvagnini machine, spot welder, brake press, and Haeger machines. + Perform inspections every 15 minutes using calipers and micrometers. + Multi-task and operate a variety of machines throughout the day. + Read and understand work orders to ensure accurate production. **Essential Skills** + Experience with shear, press brake, calipers, sheet metal, CAD/CAM, Trumpf, spot welding, Haeger. + Ability to read blueprints and work with hardware. + Knowledge of basic math. + Ability to read a tape measure. + Willingness to stand for 10 hours throughout the shift. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Blueprint experience. + Fabrication experience. + Experience reading technical documents. **Why Work Here?** Our facility offers a collaborative and friendly work environment where cleanliness and organization are valued. The 2nd shift starts at 10am, and the team consists of approximately three other people, promoting independent work and high-quality performance. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00/hr.
