Job Description
As a Sheet Metal Mechanic, you will be performing aircraft customization and modification on Bombardier Globals, specializing in sheet metal repairs and modifications on aircraft structures.
Responsibilities
Perform sheet metal repairs and modifications on aircraft structures.Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical manuals.Fabricate and install sheet metal parts using hand tools and power tools.Essential Skills
6+ years of experience in performing sheet metal and heavy structural modifications.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Eligible for security clearance.Experience in depot, aircraft repair, and modification.Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and installation.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must have own tools (tools must be etched, inventoried, and shadowed).Experience with aviation and aircraft sheet metal work.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work is based at a facility located at the Hagerstown Regional Airport in Hagerstown, MD, where the company operates an MRO facility focused on military ISR modifications to turboprop aircraft like Kingair and Bombardier Globals. The environment is fast-paced and production-based, with candidates working in a hangar setting. The company provides Total System Solutions for aircraft modification, maintenance, primary mission equipment integration, operations, and contractor logistics support, as well as lead systems integration and full turn-key field operations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $46.00 - $48.00/hr.
