**Job Title: Sheet Metal Mechanic** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Metal Mechanic for project-based work located in Enola, PA, primarily focused on running duct work. The role will initially involve working on the underground phase, with progression to rough-in and finishing phases once the underground work is completed. The ideal candidate should possess experience in commercial and multi-apartment plumbing. **Responsibilities** + Install and manage duct work in accordance with project specifications. + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installation. + Exercise leadership skills and manage a team effectively. + Work independently and collaboratively with a crew. + Maintain compliance with safety regulations throughout all phases of work. **Essential Skills** + Proven experience in plumbing and construction. + Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation. + Strong leadership and independent work skills. + Understanding of safety regulations and adherence to protocols. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with commercial construction and sheet metal installation. + Multi-apartment plumbing experience is essential. + Ability to handle cast iron and duct work installation. + Familiarity with rough-ins and piping within new commercial construction. **Why Work Here?** Become part of a local mechanical contractor with a promising outlook for big projects in 2025.
