We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Foreman to lead our team in fabricating, assembling, and installing sheet metal ductwork for HVAC and ventilation systems. The role requires expertise in working at various heights and the ability to measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal using hand and power tools.
ResponsibilitiesFabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal ductwork for HVAC and ventilation systems.Measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal using hand and power tools.Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.Install hangers, supports, and insulation as required.Ensure proper fit, alignment, and sealing of ductwork.Perform layout work and make field modifications when necessary.Work independently or with a crew.Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures on job sites.Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
Essential SkillsExperience with ductwork installation.Proficiency in sheet metal fabrication.Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications.Knowledge of HVAC systems.Expertise in using hand and power tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications3+ years of commercial duct and sheet metal experience.Understanding of construction and ventilation systems.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
