What You Will Do:
 

A primary focus of the SharePoint Senior Consultant is the integration and support of key business technologies. Guidehouse will support the integration of OE SharePoint within business operations and assist with training, administration, and records management for Microsoft 365 (M365) and Energy IT Services (EITS) enhancements. By facilitating senior leadership's decision-making and managing a portfolio of IT investments, this position directly contributes to the operational effectiveness of OE programs and the achievement of strategic goals. The work ensures the integrity, efficiency, and compliance of OE's IT assets and business operations. 

Supports OE SharePoint integration within business operations and builds automations, as appropriate.

Assists with training, administration, records management, and other duties related to Microsoft 365 (M365) and Energy IT Services (EITS) technology enhancements.  

As requested, assists with the governance of OE systems hosted on various platforms to ensure continuity of program assets. 

Supports OE CBO governance initiatives by assisting with the institutionalization of governance program requirements for IT assets and Directives.  


What You Will Need:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university 

A minimum of three to five (3 - 5) years of consulting experience in a federal, state, or local agency/organization

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel 

Strong written and verbal communication skills 

Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills 

Detail oriented, flexible, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks quickly to adapt to changing client priorities and respond to ad-hoc requests 

Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse  

Due to contract requirements, US Citizenship restrictions apply 

This hybrid position role may require up to three to five (3 - 5) days on-site at the Client's office 

This hybrid position is open to candidates who will reside within 50 miles of DC 


What Would Be Nice To Have:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or similar degree 

PMP 

Experience in federal consulting 

Experience working with federal, state, or municipal organizations
