Clinical Research Infusion Nurse
As an Oncology Infusion Research Nurse, you will manage the specialized care of cancer patients enrolled in clinical trials. This role blends your hands\u2011on infusion expertise with the unique responsibilities of clinical research, including:
Protocol Compliance & Safety: Ensuring strict adherence to clinical trial protocols, FDA regulations, and ICH/GCP guidelines to safeguard patient welfare.Infusion Administration: Delivering chemotherapy, biotherapy, and investigational agents while applying advanced knowledge of oncology medications and side\u2011effect management.Patient Monitoring: Conducting detailed clinical assessments, monitoring for adverse reactions, and evaluating patient toxicity levels per protocol requirements.Data Collection & Management: Documenting source data and completing Case Report Forms (CRFs) with accuracy and attention to detail.Study Coordination: Collaborating closely with Principal Investigators, research coordinators, and pharmacy teams to ensure smooth and compliant study execution.Education & Support: Providing guidance and education to patients and families regarding study expectations, treatment processes, and potential side effects.\u00A0
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Active Florida RN license (required)Chemotherapy infusion experience and proficiency with PIVsOncology experience (OCN certification preferred)Active ACLS and BLS certifications\u00A0
Schedule
Onsite 4 days 10-hour shifts ; schedule made 6 weeks in advance

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $99840.00/yr.
