We are looking for high-potential, flexible, innovative, and forward-thinking professionals to join our Global Specialty Fulfillment team in AMET.
Key job responsibilities
As an External Fulfillment (EF) country operations manager, you will be responsible for to lead the Seller Flex (SF), Vendor Flex (VF) and Direct Fulfillment (DF) channel operations from operations and compliance point of view.
You will be working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve timely launches and operations metrics. With customer obsession and a high sense of ownership, you will utilize your skills to identify patterns and any disruptions in it. You should be able to dive deep, scrutinize details and foresee data implications.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Own deployment of Continuous Improvement of network standards, in collaboration with MENA Process Owners, MENA ACES and local Process Managers
• Monitor operations of the assigned sites and suggest & deploy improvements
• Serve as a liaison between the internal and external stakeholders keeping in mind the objectives, limits, conformance and information privacy
• Train & direct associates for action and conformance of norms & practices
• Audit the sites for various operational conformances, restrictions and norms
• Conduct audits based on SOPs, analyze data and propose process improvement initiatives
• Identify useful data accumulated from multiple sources and take necessary actions
• Foresee implications based on current data and trends.
Basic Qualifications
• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
• Fluent in Turkish and English
• Should have a valid driving license and car for field travels to seller and vendor network
