**Job Title: Sewer** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled sewer responsible for spreading, marking, and cutting fabric in a textile environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in machine fabric cutting and the ability to ensure precision and efficiency. **Responsibilities** + Spread, mark, and cut fabric according to specified patterns or markings. + Cut multiple layers of material into parts, ensuring cuts are straight and piles are even. + Sharpen cutter blades or change them as necessary to maintain performance. + Clean up the cut table, separating cutting waste by color and properly disposing of scrap. + Clean, lubricate, and store the electric fabric cutter. + Perform other duties as needed or assigned. **Work Environment** The work environment is a clothing manufacturing setting, primarily Spanish-speaking, where precision and attention to detail are paramount. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
