Set Up TechnicianPosition Summary

As a Set Up Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and operating punch presses using the correct tooling and dies to ensure optimal machine performance and consistent product quality. This role requires mechanical aptitude, blueprint reading skills, and precision measurement experience to verify stamped parts meet specifications.

You will work closely with operators to troubleshoot issues, perform quality checks throughout production runs, and ensure smooth and efficient operations in a fast‑paced metal stamping environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mankato, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00/hr.
