**Job Title: Production Helper** Job Description We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Material Handler / General Laborer to support our plastic injection molding operations. This role is essential to ensuring that setup technicians have the materials and machine prep they need to keep production running smoothly. Responsibilities + Safely transport raw materials, resins, and components to designated workstations and machines. + Assist in preparing plastic injection molding machines for setup technicians, including cleaning hoppers, loading materials, and staging tools. + Monitor material levels and report shortages or discrepancies to supervisors. + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production floor, including sweeping, trash removal, and basic equipment upkeep. + Provide hands-on assistance during machine changeovers and setups as needed. + Follow all safety protocols, company procedures, and quality standards. Essential Skills + High school diploma or equivalent preferred. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. + Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset. + Willingness to learn and take direction from setup technicians and supervisors.
