Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated forming technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues that arise during the production of cardboard boxes. On a day-to-day basis, the technician will be setting up machines, adjusting glue points, performing minor maintenance and preventive maintenance, installing new tooling for machine issues, and aligning machines to ensure specifications are met. The technician will operate within a cell of 16 different machines.

Work Environment
The facility is a food-grade box manufacturing plant, requiring adherence to food GMPs. Employees must wear hair nets, beard nets, steel-toed shoes, and ear protection. The plant is well-lit, clean, and can be dusty. Work shifts are Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts: 6 AM - 2 PM, 2 PM - 10 PM, and 10 PM - 6 AM. Expect to work 40-50 hours per week.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
