**Job Title: Set Up Technician**
**Job Description**
As a Set Up Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery in a clean room environment. The primary focus will be on producing small-scale medical tubing. This role involves changing dies, making tooling adjustments, and conducting product inspections to ensure quality.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate machinery in a clean room environment.
+ Change out dies and make tooling adjustments.
+ Conduct inspections on produced medical tubing.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues with the machinery.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in extrusion and injection molding.
+ Proficiency in machine operation and troubleshooting.
+ Mechanical skills related to plastic and plastics machinery.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 1+ years of machine operation experience.
+ 1+ years of inspection experience.
+ Preferred experience in plastics setup.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a clean room setting where candidates will need to wear gowns, beard nets, and hair nets. Positions are available for rotating night and day shifts, including a 2-2-3 schedule from 6pm to 6am and 6am to 6pm. Candidates will initially train on a regular first shift schedule for at least a month or two until the night shift is operational.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
