Job Title: Set-Up Operator – Spring-Up Team (1st Shift)

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Set-Up Person to join the Spring-Up Team at a local furniture manufacturer in Newton, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing workstations, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth production operations.

Responsibilities:

Set up and organize materials and tools for the Spring-Up department

Read and follow work orders and production schedules

Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and ready for production

Assist team members as needed to maintain workflow

Perform basic quality checks and report any issues

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Strong attention to detail and good communication skills

Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
