Job Description
An Industrial Setup Mechanic is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues to ensure smooth and efficient operation of production lines. Modifications to equipment and facilities are performed as scheduled through the work order system.
ResponsibilitiesInstall tooling and perform set-ups, as well as corrective and preventive maintenance on thermoforming machines and auxiliary equipment such as vacuum pumps, motors, gearboxes, and hoists.Conduct mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting and minor repairs.Perform root cause analysis to identify defects and troubleshoot process issues.Retrieve and replace machine components from the stockroom and manage orders via the CMMS system.Escalate issues to a setup technician, with clear recognition of the problem’s source and scope.Essential SkillsMachine setupTroubleshootingMechanical inclinationRepairHydraulicsPneumaticsSensorsAdditional Skills & QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent3 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment1 year of experience with electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial environment1 year of experience with tools, procedures, and methods utilized in an industrial maintenance environment1 year of experience with electrical wiringOwn set of toolsPreference for candidates with an Aviation or Military experiencePLC TroubleshootingWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment can be hot in the summer and cooler in the winter. The work schedule follows a 2/2/3 shift pattern: Week 1: Work Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday; Week 2: Work Wednesday, Thursday. The shift hours are from 7pm onwards.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
