**Job Title: CNC Machinist** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist who will be responsible for operating and sometimes managing multiple CNC machines. The specific department and machine assignment will depend on your interview and best fit. Responsibilities include setting up machines, performing tool changes, and, for more experienced machinists, programming and editing machine operations. Training will be provided to ensure all staff are confident in their tasks from day one. Opportunities for growth into supervisory roles are available for those interested in training and leading others. **Responsibilities** + Operate and manage CNC machines, including Davenport, Mazak, and Haas. + Set up machines and perform tool changes. + Tear down machines and troubleshoot operational issues. + Program and edit CNC machine operations. + Train and develop other machinists with the potential to move into supervisory roles. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read and interpret gauges. + Experience in machine setup, tool changes, and tear downs. + Troubleshooting skills for machine operations. + Possession of a diploma. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with machines such as Davenport, Haas, Mazak, mills, and lathes is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a strong work-life balance and competitive benefits in an environment that prioritizes personal and professional development. Training will be provided initially on the first shift, with potential transitions to the second shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm) or third shift (11:00pm - 7:30am) based on operational needs. You will operate machines independently while being an integral part of a team. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Otsego, MI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $46696.00 - $50128.00/yr. Pay is competative and they will give a$1.50 shift premium on both 2nd and 3rd shift, also promote from within so there is plenty of room to grow.
