**Job Title: CNC Machinist**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate various machines such as Davenport, Mazak, and Haas. Depending on your skill level, you may operate a single machine or multiple machines. Your department placement will be determined through the interview process. You will be responsible for setting up machines, performing tool changes, and more advanced machinists will have opportunities to program and edit machines. Training will be provided to ensure you are comfortable with your tasks.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate CNC machines independently or multiple machines based on skill level.
+ Set up machines, perform tool changes, and conduct machine teardowns.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.
+ Program machines and edit programs for CNC operations.
+ Train others and potentially develop into a supervisory role.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to read and interpret gauges.
+ Experience with machine setups and tool changes.
+ Proficient in troubleshooting machine issues.
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with Davenport, Haas, Mazak, mills, and lathes is a plus.

**Work Environment**
Work in a climate-controlled facility with opportunities to operate machines independently or as part of a team. Shifts available include second shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM and third shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Enjoy a comfortable and efficient workspace designed to enhance your productivity and growth.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $46696.00 - $50128.00/yr.
All Machinists will come in at 22.45/hr plus a 1.50 shift premium to put them at 23.95. After 6 months the rate goes up to 24.10 plus a 1.50 shift premium to put them at 25.60. They will also have more opportunities in the future to move into

This is a fully onsite position in Otsego,MI.
