As the Servicing Operations Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for processing transaction requests for customers, branch colleagues and internal colleagues.
The Servicing Operations Senior Specialist will provide support across multiple business lines including Legal Garnishments and Escheatment in the Payment Processing Department. The Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to clerical work, data entry, miscellaneous project and audit support.
Primary responsibilities include:
Reviewing legal and escheatment documents and determining appropriate action to takeGL ReconciliationProcedure UpdatesProcess ImprovementHanding customer, attorney and colleague phone inquiriesReporting daily volumes and creating action plansAdherence to risk management requirements, including regulatory and product changesProcessing of miscellaneous customer service requestsResearch and Problem SolvingGathering and reporting of statistical dataPreferred Skills/Experience:
Ability to research and problem solve complex issuesGL reconciliation/matching experienceStrong process improvement skillsStrong written and communications skillsAbility to work under pressure with efficiency and accuracyAbility to develop & sustain strong, positive working relationships with internal and external colleagues and business partnersAbility to plan and prioritize workloadAble to work with all levels of colleagues from clerical to Senior ManagementWord and Excel proficientExcel – ability to create and update spreadsheetsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plusThe position is fully onsite 5 days a week
