Job Title: Services Specialist - 100% Remote

Job Description

The Services Specialist offers technology-specific support to Solution Architects and Sales by creating Pre Statements of Work (PSOW), managing and communicating project expectations. This role involves developing and maintaining effective working relationships with sellers, business partners, and the service delivery team while providing insights into customer trends and market demands.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop trusted partnerships with Solution Architects and Sales to support Data Center Solutions and related opportunities.Be responsive to Solution Architects, Sales, and customers.Facilitate training for sales teams.Manage the peer review process for converged technology opportunities.Provide feedback to management concerning industry trends and opportunities.Participate in pre-sales activities including conference calls, meetings, and emails.Stay up-to-date on relevant technology solutions through trainings and personal development.Participate in team projects and miscellaneous team activities.Collaborate with the delivery team for accuracy of service opportunities.Provide pre-sales services support for data center solutions opportunities.Establish and maintain relationships with Solution Architects, technical leads, and business partners.Provide appropriate services solutions to support customer needs.Communicate with customers and potential customers, create and deliver polished Statements of Work (SOWs) and quotes, and provide timely and accurate work estimates.Understand services methodology and interpret it for internal and external customers.Participate in internal and external kick-off meetings.Become an expert on available and applicable data center solutions portfolio.Facilitate and/or provide feedback on change order requests.Essential SkillsHigh School Diploma or GED.Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, or SOW work.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word and Excel.Experience in handling large data sets.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience using Contract Management systems.College education.Experience in the technology industry.Experience in professional or managed services industry.Extensive knowledge of SOW work.Work Environment

This is a 100% remote position with working hours from 8 AM to 6 PM EST. The role requires high communication and accountability, with support for six different Solutions Architects. The environment is fast-paced, and strong collaboration and relationship-building skills are necessary. Training sessions require cameras on, and the ability to work independently while maintaining productivity is essential.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
