About the role:
As a Service Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, you will be responsible for leading a team of mobile trade staff and overseeing the delivery of a wide range of trade services across a diverse client portfolio. Based in Sydney and reporting to the State Trade Manager, you will manage planned and reactive maintenance, minor works, and project delivery across sectors including retail fuel, banking, healthcare, commercial, and industrial facilities.

You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance with WHSSE standards, and strong client relationships. This role also involves supporting the onboarding of subcontractors, managing fleet operations, and identifying new work opportunities while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

About you:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a plumbing or service management role (plumbing preferred).

Relevant trade qualification and a valid manual driver’s licence.

Strong understanding of plumbing standards and WHSSE practices.

Experience in fault finding, diagnostics, and building services maintenance.

Comfortable using technology such as iPads and mobile apps for documentation.

Working at Heights and EWP certifications (preferred).

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in basic estimating and small works management.
