Job Description Insight Global is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join one of our customers in Richmond VA. This role is leading the Support Analyst team in the vulnerability management space. This is a new team of analysts that will perform the following key roles: •Preparing the domains and the Enterprise for ServiceNow transition •Providing strategic leadership across ServiceNow and domains to influence change over time •Experts on process, data, stakeholders in an assigned domain of vulnerability remediation and patching •Responsible for delivering support (answers to questions related to vulnerability management and patching) via existing Tech Support Channels •Serving as 1st line liaison into Operations and Engineering Team in CTI/APSE GBS performing vulnerability remediation and patching •Identifying process and automation improvement opportunities in given domain Pay rate is 53.56/hour.
