The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated ServiceNow Solutions Administrator with comprehensive knowledge of HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to join our dynamic team. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver ServiceNow HRSD solutions to meet business needs.

Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for new functionality delivered through projects and initiatives.


About the Team

The ServiceNow Solutions Administrator will be a part of the People Technology team at Nutanix. This team is responsible for delivering technology program/project initiatives that align with the overall HR vision and strategy. We also provide run-the-business support across HR for ServiceNow technology needs. Our Mission:  Drive Delightful Employee experience by providing Agile & Simplified Technology Solutions through Data-Driven Innovation 

Your Role

 

Provide expert guidance and support to clients in optimizing their business processes using the ServiceNow HRSD platformSupport ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case Management, Knowledge Management, HR Agent Workspace, Employee Center, Manager Hub, Performance/Platform Analytics and Reporting, integrations, etc. Work closely with the IT ServiceNow Architect, to identify ways to reduce implementation efforts and increase productivityBuild trusting relationships with project stakeholders and guide them to adoption of the best solutionsLead effective communication between technical teams and stakeholdersDesign, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and deploy technical solutionsManage enhancement requests, projects, configuration, workflow management, release management, system maintenance, testing, etc.Remain current with industry trends and product innovations to advise, advocate, and implement solutions

What You Will Bring

Bachelors/master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business  Administration, or a related fieldAt least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD support2+ years of experience with ServiceNow Employee Center Pro and Manager Hub5+ years of varied experience in the HR domainProven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutionsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of an organizationProven ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the stakeholders and as part of a team to accomplish tasksProven ability to maintain focus and work effectively at multiple demandsExcellent detailed and time management skillsStrong stakeholder relationship building skillsStrong project management skillsDesired Skills: Knowledge and experience in ServiceNow Performance/Platform Analytics and Reporting, and ServiceNow development and integrationsExperience in business process consulting and process improvement projects
 

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources. Workplace type may vary based on location and team requirements. Please speak with your recruiter for details. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.


The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 112,000 and USD $ 224,000 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
