Job Description: ServiceNow Portal Developer

Location: San Francisco (SFO), CA (Onsite- 5 days a week)

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Portal Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and developing intuitive, user-centric portals using modern UI/UX principles within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development: Create intuitive and user-friendly ServiceNow portals utilizing the latest UI/UX principles.Widget Customization: Build and customize widgets using the Service Portal and Now Experience framework.Responsive Design: Ensure that portals are responsive, accessible, and compatible across multiple browsers.Component Development: Develop reusable components and maintain clean, modular code in alignment with platform standards.Integration: Integrate backend workflows and APIs to enhance dynamic portal functionalities.Performance Optimization: Optimize portal performance and troubleshoot any UI-related issues.Collaboration: Work closely with platform architects and developers to ensure seamless integration across platforms.Agile Participation: Actively participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of portal development practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in ServiceNow portal development.Strong understanding of modern UI/UX principles.Experience with the Service Portal and Now Experience framework.Proficient in responsive design and accessibility standards.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $144,964, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
