Job ID#215073** Pay Rate: $66.43 - $71.43/hr **Job Description:** The resource will design, develop, configure, and maintain robust integrations between ServiceNow and a variety of enterprise systems (e.g., Jira, SAP, various, cloud platforms, and custom applications). This role requires deep technical expertise in ServiceNow integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and data transformation, as well as the ability to work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and external vendors to deliver seamless, secure, and high performance data flows that support business processes. **Education** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). **Experience** • 5+ years of hands on experience with ServiceNow platform (implementation, scripting, and administration). • 3+ years designing and implementing integrations using ServiceNow IntegrationHub, MID Server, Scripted REST/SOAP APIs. T **echnical Skills** • Strong JavaScript (including Glide APIs) and server side scripting. • Proficiency with REST, SOAP, OData, GraphQL, JDBC, and other web service standards. • Familiarity with data formats: JSON, XML, CSV, YAML. • Knowledge of authentication protocols: OAuth 2.0, SAML, Basic Auth, Mutual TLS. • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). • Understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB). **Certifications** • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required. • ServiceNow Certified Application Specialist – IntegrationHub (or equivalent) – preferred. • Additional certifications (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure, AWS) are a plus. Soft Skills • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. • Excellent communication – able to translate technical concepts to non technical stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and in cross functional teams. • Detail oriented with a focus on quality and documentation. **Desired Qualification:** • Prior experience deploying the Jira Spoke and REST spokes for integrations with other cloud and on-prem platforms • Prior work on large scale enterprise integrations (SAP Focused Build, SAP Charm, Zephyr). • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps). • Experience working in Agile Delivery framework.
