Work You’ll Do
As a ServiceNow Functional Consultant, you will:
Utilize your foundation of the SDLC to conduct requirements sessions with stakeholders, synthesizing stakeholder requirements into ServiceNow requirements for the technical teamCreate communications and training materialsRun system demos for stakeholdersTest system functionality in ServiceNowServe as an integral part of a larger functional team and collaborate with developers to refine requirementsUtilize your foundation of SCRUM methodology to manage requirements in JIRA, actively participate in Sprint Planning, Refinement, Demos, and RetrospectivesThe Team

Bachelor's degreeActive TS/SCI security clearance required with an active polygraph aligned with the end client2+ years of experience with requirements gathering, communications, testing, and/or stakeholder engagementAbility to be on site 100% of the time in Chantilly, VAMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futurePreferred:
