Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join one of our government clients that works in the Business Relationship sector, specifically supporting the Service Management Office. The ServiceNow Administrator/Developer will help move our client into the future by automating business processes through requirements gathering, configuration and development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of software releases. As a highly skilled and experienced technology professional, this individual will work as part of a collaborative ServiceNow team that values mutual respect and daily partnership to continuously improve the needs of our client. The role requires a self‑starter who can operate with minimal direction while exercising initiative and independent judgment.

Skills and Requirements
• 10 years of experience in IT Software Development Lifecycle Methodology including Software analysis, development, implementation and documentation.
• 10 years of experience SDLC experience in ServiceNow
• 7 years of experience SDLC experience with ITSM
• 4 years of experience SDLC experience with ITBM
• 2 years of experience SDLC using Flow Designer
• 4 years of experience Integrating ServiceNow with 3rd party applications
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator – (certification)
• ServiceNow Certified System Developer - (certification)
• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, or management information systems. • AI Experience (specifically in GitHub, CoPilot, and Zerg AI)
• Upgrading experience
