We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 4-5 years of experience to design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow applications across ITSM and related modules. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development skills, a good understanding of ServiceNow best practices, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (primarily ITSM; exposure to ITOM, HRSD, CSM is a plus). Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Catalog Items. Design and implement Workflows / Flow Designer solutions. Develop and maintain Service Catalog and Request Fulfillment processes. Build and consume REST/SOAP integrations with external systems. Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of ServiceNow applications. Participate in requirements gathering and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and governance. Support platform upgrades, patching, and application releases.
Provide production support and resolve incidents and defects in a timely manner. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and Platform Administrators.

Experience:

4-5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer. Strong experience in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting. Solid understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).

Experience with:

Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies & UI Actions Script Includes Flow Designer / Workflows. Experience working with Service Catalog, CMDB, and Access Controls (ACLs). Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns. Familiarity with ServiceNow update sets, instance management, and deployments. Understanding of Agile / Scrum delivery models. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Team player with a proactive mindset.
