Job Description Insight Global is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join the Service Excellence org at one of Canada's largest retail and wellness companies. The Service Excellence team is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the ServiceNow platform as it supports Technology and Enterprise business functions. It consists of several product-oriented delivery (POD) teams tied to the different modules in use by the business. The Developer, Cybersecurity collaborates closely with its POD team, cross-functional technical teams and global business partners, to develop comprehensive features and functionalities that enhance the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities. The Developer attends regular Agile ceremonies, develops features and enhancements based on requirements captured in stories, and conducts unit testing. Skills and Requirements • 3+ years of development experience in ServiceNow. • Strong scripting skills, experience with JavaScript • In-depth subject matter expertise in these ServiceNow Modules: o Integrated Risk Management o Third-party Risk Management o Security Incident Response o Vulnerability Response • Experience working with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies. • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is preferred • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification for any module is preferred
