Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join their team. As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will be part of the Enterprise Architecture support team, contributing to the enhancement and support of enterprise tooling and applications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.
**HUGE Plus:** ServiceNow APM or ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture Product
_While the client would love someone with the APM or EA product experience, they are open to interview candidates with experience with other modules as long as the experience is relevant to ServiceNow implementations and/or integrations._
**Job Title:** ServiceNow Business Analyst
**Location:** Charlotte, NC - Hybrid
**Pay Range:** $65/hr W2
(Due to client rules we are unable to work with 3rd party subcontractors; all candidates must be able to work on Experis' W2)
**What's the Job?**
+ Participate in documenting requirements for enterprise architecture tooling enhancements.
+ Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys with stakeholders to gather functional and technical needs.
+ Create process maps, workflows, and data models to represent processes and system integrations.
+ Develop test cases, support QA testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate that systems meet business requirements.
+ Document defects and follow through resolution with development teams.
**What's Needed?**
+ ServiceNow integrations and/or implementations experience is absolutely required
+ Experience supporting enterprise and technology applications, preferably Pega or similar process automation tools.
+ Knowledge of ServiceNow, Enterprise Architecture (EA) tools like Ardoq, and reporting & BI tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Databricks.
+ Understanding of JIRA for user story management.
+ Ability to develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
+ Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with internal users across various teams.
