HOW A SERVICENOW ADMINISTRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to support enterprise IT and business operationsDesign and implement workflow automation solutions, enabling process efficiencies and scalable service deliveryOversee the incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring accurate tracking, timely resolution, and system integrityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement new modules or enhancementsMonitor system performance, conduct regular platform audits, and apply upgrades or patches as neededDevelop dashboards and reports to provide insights into system usage and operational trends

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field; or possess an advanced degree in a related field (such as: Computer Science, IT Management, Engineering, Data Science)Required Experience: 4+ yrs of directly related professional work experienceRequired Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System AdministratorSecurity Clearance Level: TS/SCI with active polygraphLocation: Tysons, VA - On Customer Site
