Job Description
As a Service Mechanic, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, repairing, and replacing damaged or worn parts for a variety of utility equipment manufacturers. Your role will involve working with hydraulic and electrical services, hydraulic fluid power troubleshooting, and pneumatic tool troubleshooting.
ResponsibilitiesFit bearings and overhaul mobile mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.Diagnose faults using pressure gauges, flow test equipment, and calibration devices.Rebuild gearboxes, outriggers, and boom lift cylinders.Perform initial inspections, diagnostics, and parts requisition.Dismantle and reassemble heavy equipment using appropriate tools.Test mechanical products and equipment after repair or assembly.Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and vehicles.Essential SkillsProficiency in electrical, hydraulics, diesel, and trailer repair.At least 3 years of service or trailer mechanic experience.Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, welding, heavy equipment, and diesel engines.Additional Skills & QualificationsVocational Technical School or Military Wheeled Mechanic training is a plus.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.Why Work Here

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr.
