Job Description
As a Service Mechanic, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, repairing, and replacing damaged or worn parts for a variety of utility equipment manufacturers. Your expertise in hydraulics and electrical service will be crucial in hydraulic fluid power troubleshooting and pneumatic tool troubleshooting. You will fit bearings and overhaul mobile mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment, diagnose faults using pressure gauges, flow test equipment, and calibration devices, and rebuild gearboxes, outriggers, and boom lift cylinders. Initial inspections, diagnostics, and parts requisition will be part of your regular duties, along with dismantling and reassembling heavy equipment using appropriate tools. Testing mechanical products and equipment after repair or assembly, and performing routine maintenance tasks on equipment and vehicles will also be expected.

Work Environment
You will work in a small to mid-size company specializing in truck and equipment modifications. The position operates on a 1st Shift from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr.
