Responsibilities + Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various types of air compressors and related equipment. + Complete 10% of work in-house and 90% at customer sites. + Develop and maintain trustful relationships with maintenance personnel, facility managers, and owners of customer sites. + Service common equipment such as air compressors, air dryers, and blowers. Essential Skills + Experience as a Service Technician with client-facing experience. + Electrical and mechanical knowledge, including 480v, 3-phase, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. + Customer service orientation. + Clean driving record. + Ownership of personal tooling. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with air compressors. + Refrigerant certifications. + Knowledge of electronics and computers. Why Work Here? Work Environment This position involves field service work, with 90% of tasks completed onsite at industrial customer locations within a 100-mile radius of Fort Wayne. **Technicians will be provided with a company vehicle and a credit card for travel expenses.** Work environments will vary in cleanliness across different industrial facilities, and the typical **work hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday** .
