We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to perform on-site repairs and modifications on high-end modular units such as offices and schools. The role involves HVAC, carpentry, electrical, and other skilled repairs and installations, including drywall, wall paneling, batten, ceiling tiles, and painting.
ResponsibilitiesPerform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.Execute finish trim, framing, and installation of drywall and wall paneling.Utilize tools such as circular saws, pneumatic tools, framing nailers, and cordless drills.Conduct skilled maintenance and repair work on modular units.
Essential SkillsMinimum of 2 years of experience in electrical work (110v preferred).Proficiency in using hand and power tools.Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, and plumbing.Understanding of OSHA safety regulations.
Additional Skills & QualificationsCertifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.Skills in carpentry and painting.Experience in mechanical installation or repair.Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.

Work Environment
The Service Technician will work in an outdoor setting at a location in Selma, TX. The schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with two breaks and a lunch. Overtime may be required during the busy season from May to September, but efforts are made to avoid weekend work. The role involves driving a company vehicle to and from work sites, with travel times up to three hours.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
