**Job Title: Service Technician** Responsibilities + Install and repair industrial and commercial overhead doors and loading docks. + Troubleshoot and repair dock equipment, including mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. + Perform electrical work involving motor controls and voltages up to 480 volts. + Interact with customers to understand and resolve equipment issues. + Conduct minor mechanical repairs on forklifts. + Work with hand tools, wiring, installation, fabrication, and perform preventative maintenance. + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Work Environment You will work primarily at industrial maintenance facilities and docks, traveling on the road daily and working outside frequently. This is a physically demanding job, requiring the ability to lift up to 100 lbs with the help of lifters and hoists.
