**Job Title: Service Technician** Job Description Join our team as a Service Technician, where you will have the opportunity to travel extensively across North Dakota, South Dakota, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, and occasionally Colorado. This position involves 100% travel from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of returning home on Thursday for a long weekend. We are seeking candidates with mechanical experience who are comfortable with travel. Responsibilities + Dis-assemble and re-assemble air seeding equipment to repair, test operation, and make necessary adjustments. + Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and cutting tools. + Use problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise. + Determine the correct hand tools, power tools, and processes to complete mechanical tasks efficiently. + Ensure the cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of the work environment. Essential Skills + Mechanical experience and troubleshooting skills. + Proficiency in assembly, repair, and service of equipment. + Experience with electrical systems and hand tools. + Ability to work in field service settings, utilizing power tools and hydraulics. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Technical knowledge of equipment. + Working knowledge of mechanical systems. + Experience using hand and power tools. + Ability to work proactively with minimal guidance. + Attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination. + Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and maneuver in tight spaces. + Willingness to travel. Technicians meet at the shop in Fargo on Monday, travel in a company truck with a crew to the job site, and plan to return Thursday or Friday that week. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
