**Now Hiring: Service Technicians** **PAY: $24+** **Job Description** The Service Technician will be responsible for receiving dispatched service calls and ensuring prompt responses based on estimated time of arrival. The role involves performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosing service problems, and conducting necessary repairs. The technician will ensure the quality of all products by checking syrup levels, changing out flavors, and cleaning around machines. Additionally, the technician will maintain inventory and equipment, keep managers informed of customer concerns, document all work performed, and close out activities upon completion. **Responsibilities** + Receive dispatched service calls and ensure prompt response. + Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair as needed. + Check quality of products, including syrup levels and flavor changes. + Clean around machines and maintain inventory and equipment. + Keep managers informed of customer concerns and needs. + Document all work performed and close out activities upon completion. + Complete scheduled deliveries and ensure prompt delivery of products and promotional items. + Discuss new products and promotional items with store personnel. + Clean machines, replenish stock of cups/lids/straws, and freshen promotional materials. + Document store-provided PO numbers on invoices as necessary. **Required Skills:** + EPA Universal Certification + Competence in troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance. + Familiarity with HVAC & refrigeration + Ability to read blueprints and schematics. + Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and installation techniques.. **Why Work Here?** We offer opportunities for career advancement and professional development in a supportive and dynamic environment. **Work Environment** + The work schedule is Tuesday to Saturday from 8 am to 4:30 pm (training: Monday–Friday for ~1 month) + The position requires travel to various gas station and market locations for servicing equipment in company provided vehicle + The job requires wearing steel-toed boots and a company provided uniform **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cheyenne, Wyoming. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
