Job Description
As a Service Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, diagnose service problems, and carry out repairs on ICEE machines located in various convenience stores and movie theaters. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of all products, such as checking syrup levels, changing out flavors, and cleaning around machines during your daily stops.
ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative maintenance on ICEE machines.Troubleshoot and diagnose service issues.Repair ICEE machines effectively and efficiently.Check and maintain the quality of all products, including syrup levels and flavors.Clean around machines during daily stops.Maintain excellent customer relations and provide outstanding service.Manage time effectively to complete service calls promptly.Essential SkillsHigh mechanical aptitude.Experience in HVAC/Refrigeration servicing.Mechanical, electrical, and preventive maintenance experience.Valid Driver's License.EPA Universal License.Additional Skills & QualificationsTrade school experience.Ability to work in another territory as needed.Experience with beverage systems.Customer service experience.Flexibility in repair and installation tasks.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
