**Job Title: Service Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled Service Technicians to join our team, offering storage units and mobile office spaces to construction companies in the Bay Area. This opportunity is with a reputable company that provides mobile units for construction sites. The ideal candidate will have experience in refurbishing homes, building homes, and skilled trades such as carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. **Responsibilities** + Meet with the team and be assigned various tasks for the day. + Perform work on mobile units or yard projects, gaining hands-on experience. + Clean, sweep, and hose out dirt from returned units. + Replace tiles and epoxy flooring, ensuring floors are clean. + Repair drywall holes, patch, and paint after repairs. + Replace lightbulbs, locks, blinds, and door handles. + Document completed work and verify any additional repairs needed. **Essential Skills** + At least one year of construction or laborer experience. + Experience with safety protocols. + Ability to follow rules and work in a team environment. + Experience with power tools or eagerness to learn and undergo on-job training. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in home remodels, refurbishing, new construction, and service work. + Hands-on construction experience. + Skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting, and blueprint reading. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company that invests heavily in its team members' development. The role is labor-intensive, requiring teamwork and occasional independent tasks. Technicians will remain at the location, not visiting client sites. During hot weather, extended breaks are provided, and water bottles are readily available for the team. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Martin, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
