**Job Title: Service Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing heavy industrial equipment, including hydraulic systems, electrical components, and engines. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting heavy equipment and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related issues on heavy equipment.
+ Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions independently.
+ Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service reports.
+ Travel locally with a company-provided service vehicle.
+ Operate independently in the field and in-shop settings.
+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding equipment status and repair needs.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
+ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

**Work Environment**
This is a full-time, 1st shift position with hours from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The role is based in a shop environment that resembles an industrial repair facility. Technicians work around heavy equipment in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $65520.00 - $83200.00/yr.
