Job Description
Join our dynamic team to perform on-site valve and positive displacement pump rebuilds, and provide support for various other on-site services to meet our customers' needs. As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our inventory levels and ensuring timely shipment processing.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with team members to perform on-site valve and pump rebuilds.Support on-site services such as homogenizers and scrape surface heat exchangers.Unpack shipment deliveries and perform a three-way match with packing lists and purchase orders.Process inventory replenishment orders and execute cycle counts.Manage shipment requirements and schedule trucks for LTL and dedicated shipments.Prepare large equipment shipments by building crates and frames.Process pick tickets and package parts orders for shipment.Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, catalog updates, and documentation filing.Essential SkillsExperience using hand tools and power tools.Strong mechanical aptitude and experience in maintenance tasks.Detail-oriented with a passion for quality.Ability to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.Self-motivated and focused with a sense of urgency.Ability to read manuals and retain equipment information.Forklift operation skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsWillingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and travel regionally.Ability to label, pack, and load items for shipment.Experience in inspecting and unloading delivery vehicles.Ability to learn various business processes and procedures.Enjoys working closely with others.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
