**Job Title: Mechanic/Service Technician** **Job Description** Join our team as a Mechanic/Service Technician, where you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a growing company. This role involves both Shop and Field Service tasks, focusing on maintenance and servicing of large Power Distribution rental equipment, including Industrial Diesel Compressors and Generators, as well as HVAC equipment and Compressed Air treatment components. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance and repairs on Industrial Diesel Compressors and Generators. + Service HVAC equipment and Compressed Air treatment components. + Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues. + Conduct preventive maintenance on rental equipment. + Utilize skills in compressor, generator maintenance, and electrical troubleshooting. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience as a Mechanic or Service Technician. + Proficiency in Electrical Engines and Controllers. + Ability to use CDI and Munters. + Knowledge of power distribution, AC/DC, and electrical systems up to 480-V. + Ability to read electrical schematics and hydraulic flow drawings. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with rental equipment maintenance. + Mechanical repair skills. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision plans, 401(k), and various insurance options. Enjoy being home every night. The role operates on a flexible 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Note that one week per month requires being on call after hours, with compensation for extra hours worked. A company vehicle and specialty tools are provided, though personal mechanic tool sets are required. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Enola, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $38.00/hr.
