**Job Title: Radar Technician** **Job Description** As a Radar Technician, you will conduct yourself in a professional manner, prioritizing safety above all else. You will be responsible for performing monthly services on radar and seismic equipment around mining sites. Upgrading software for the HMI, performing necessary calibrations and repairs, and efficiently filling out and submitting job cards. PM of back up generators this includes tasks such as changing the oil and filter of the generator,. Additionally, you will handle the packing and shipping of items to the parent company or mine site, manage spare parts inventory, and participate in initial and recurrent mine safety and technical training. **Responsibilities** + Conduct yourself in a professional manner with safety as the top priority. + Answer customer support calls from on-site mine personnel. + Perform monthly service of the MSR, including oil and filter changes, software upgrades, calibrations, and repairs. + Fill out and submit job cards efficiently. + Pack and ship items to the parent company or mine site. + Manage spare parts inventory. + Participate in initial and recurrent mine safety and operational safety training. + Undergo initial and recurrent technical training for the MSR. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in electronics and technology. + Ability to troubleshoot electronic systems, including radar, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. + Experience with electronic testing and diagnostic tools. + Professional customer handling skills. + Competency in computer skills, particularly Office 365, with Linux skills being helpful. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Associate's degree in Electronic Engineering preferred. + 2-3 years of experience as a technician in the electronics field. + Driver’s license. **Work Environment** This role requires you to work in the field, traveling to various mining job sites around NV and UT.
